- Office 365 F3 is not listed on Microsoft's Office 365 pricing page. F3 values are taken from the service descriptions and Product Terms; cells not found in these sources are marked unclear.
- Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 is shown as included on the Office 365 E3 pricing page, while the platform service description (29.09.2026) says 'No' for E3. The pricing page was used as the basis.
- None of the Office 365 plans include Intune, Windows Enterprise or Entra ID P1. These come with Microsoft 365 E3/E5.
- Every plan is also sold without Teams (no Teams). Teams-dependent features are only included in the version with Teams.
- The 1.5 TB archive mailbox value applies when auto-expanding archiving is enabled.
